B2B SALES MANAGER

Read more about our mission. You will have the possibility to work 100% remote, within +/- 3 hours from our base in Spain

 

Our ambition is to position Freeverse as the reference technology for creating marketplaces of NFT digital assets, both within the gaming industry, and in other associated verticals. To do this we need to create and nurture relationships with our B2B/B2B2C Partners, the Investor Community, the Gaming and Content Community, and the tech community at large.

 

In this position, you will have an opportunity to make a real impact in a high-growth area of technology. As a B2B Sales Manager, you will:

 

  • Create and implement a business development plan to generate leads.

  • Develop leads using digital tools.

  • Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.

  • Engage/visit prospective clients when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.

  • Collaborate with prominent members of the company, to craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns.

  • Help prepare presentations and speech material to support Freeverse executives on seminars and customer events.

  • Help grow a sales team from the ground up.

  • Communicate and suggest new ideas and designs in both written and verbal formats

  • Learn, learn, and learn.

 

Your first days:

First month: For the first few weeks we will make sure you know your impact on the team and the business, learning about the team, the business, and processes. You will put your focus on understanding the product and our existing client pipeline. Due to the COVID situation, your onboarding will be remote - we’ll work hard together to make sure you settle in effectively.

 

First quarter: Now that you are familiar with our work practices and environment, you will start working directly with C-level staff to help generate leads and close existing potential clients.

Job Requirements

  • Expertise in B2B marketing, partner management and trade marketing.

  • Expertise in B2B lead generation programmes.

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in a technological related player (Telco, Vendor, Software, etc).

  • Passion for innovative high-tech products and for cutting-edge technology.

  • Desire to work in a start-up.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Data-driven decision making, customer obsessed, and a growth mind-set.

  • Project and time management skills.

  • Affinity for travel.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Excellent spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills.

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Natural ability to be creative, to tell stories and engage customers with relevant and sticky content.

 

Not mandatory, but valued as a plus:

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the video gaming industry.

  • Knowledge and understanding of NFT marketplaces.

  • Some knowledge or understanding of blockchain technology.

 

Salary

Base: €30-40K, depending on experience; plus bonuses.
